From the living area with an open fireplace you can reach the terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the adjacent pine forest. On this floor, which has a total living space of approx. 60 sqm, you will also find a guest toilet.
On the lower floor (approx. 40 sqm) there are two bedrooms with double beds plus a sofa bed for one more person. Next door is a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, separate bathtub, bidet, double sink and washing machine. The bathroom leads directly to a veranda with a drying rack. All in all, the terraces and courtyards, which are aligned in all directions, offer an area of ​​approx. 65 square meters, where you can find a sunny or shady spot at any time.
The terraced, fenced garden offers a variety of garden furniture with seating and sunbathing options, a barbecue, a variety of Mediterranean plants and natural trees.
There is a parking space for the car on the 600 square meter property.

The studio (24 sqm), which can be booked on request, consists of a large living/sleeping area with a double bed (1.50 mx 1.90 m) and a shower room. It contains a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, but no cooking facilities.
